The police have apprehended two suspects for reportedly duping over 100 young people through a fake recruitment agency.
According to reports, over 100 victims camped at Eldoret Central Police Station on Tuesday, July 23, 2025, each demanding Ksh . 2400 they claimed they had paid to the suspect as registration fee.
The police officers in Eldoret, therefore, asked the victims to leave and report to the station this morning to record statements as the police proceed with the investigations towards the matter.
The two were reprimanded while collecting money from the youth at Silver Line Back Street. The victims will therefore be taken to Nairobi as promised.
