The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) have launched a manhunt for a suspect who stabbed a digital taxi driver to death.
The incident followed a disagreement over the weekend in the Kitusuru area when the driver, Kenneth Kimani Gachoka, picked up a passenger from a petrol station in Westlands and drove him to Chrisco Christian Church.
A dispute reportedly erupted upon reaching the destination.
During the altercation, the passenger allegedly stabbed Gachoka in the neck.
However, despite the injury, the driver managed to escape and call his colleagues, who rushed him to a nearby hospital.
However, he was pronounced on arrival.
Police officers visited the scene and reviewed the CCTV footage to find more about the incident.
