Media personality Andrew Kibe has sparked online argument following his remarks about women, their role and earning their own money.
According to Kibe, women should not earn their own money unless they get it directly from their men.
He, therefore, declined the idea of women being financially independent, claiming that if a woman is earning, then she is not truly her man’s partner.
“That is nonsense. That is a delusion that men have that you can have a woman who is earning. Forget earning more than you. If she is going to come from money from me, then she is mine. We are sharing, and I am taking the biggest share,” Kibe said.

The media personality added that an employed woman belongs to her boss.
“If I have employed her, just know I am giving you access to her now and then. So if your girlfriend is earning, she cannot be yours. She is not earning from you. If she is not working for you, then she cannot be your woman”
Kibe then went ahead and dismissed gender equality, stating that men and women serve different purposes.
“A woman’s role is to give birth; they are not meant to be creative”, he said.
He added that any man who cannot create is as ‘useless’ as a man who cannot have children.
