Nigerian Grammy award winner Burna Boy’s team has already arrived in Kenya ahead of his highly anticipated show.
The show is set to happen on March 1, 2025, at Uhuru Gardens, Nairobi.
The event, organised by Madfun, a leading events production, travel, and ticketing company will be one of the biggest entertainment shows in Kenyan history, which will not only feature Burna Boy but also Kenya’s Afro-pop sensation Charisma alongside South Africa’s top artists.
During an interview at Jommo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Burna Boy’s team said that they are fully prepared for the show, they have been rehearsing for a while, and they believe the show will be a hundred percent exciting.
They added that they believe the show will be filled with a hundred percent energy and a mad, fun experience.
Managing Director of Madfun, Joy Wachira, also shared her excitement for the event in a media meet and greet.
“It’s time to raise bar and shape of Africa’s music culture. We are here to prove that Kenya can host international events that rival the best in the world. The MadfunXperience goes beyond a concert. We want to make a statement about Kenya’s place in the global entertainment industry,” she said.
