The Business Registration Service (BRS) has restored its call centre line following a temporary disruption caused by technical issues.
In a notice issued on Monday, October 19, the government agency confirmed that its customer service number, 0111127000, was back in operation.
BRS apologised to customers and members of the public for the inconvenience caused by the interruption.

The restoration allows customers to resume contacting the agency through its call centre for assistance with business registration services.
During the disruption, BRS advised customers to seek assistance through alternative channels, including its official email address, eo@brs.go.ke, and its X account, @BRS_Kenya.
The agency is also accessible through its official Facebook page, Business Registration Service Kenya.
BRS communicated the restoration in a notice dated October 19, 2026, thanking customers for their patience during the disruption.
