Kenyan musician Kevin Bahati has been involved in a road accident after his Toyota Prado collided with a 2NK Sacco matatu.
The incident took place just two days before his much-anticipated wedding to Diana Marua.
The musician announced the incident in an Instagram post on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, revealing that his vehicle had sustained serious damage but thanking God that they were alive.
Bahati reportedly involved in an accident
“I just got involved in a bad road accident. My Prado is seriously damaged, but we thank God to be alive!” he stated.
Despite the incident, Bahati expressed confidence that the accident would not interfere with their wedding plans, scheduled for Friday, November 6.
“The devil knows he can do nothing to stop #TheBahatisBigDay, so he is trying the impossible ways! This Friday, November 6, will be the best day of our lives in Jesus’ name. Everybody say AMEN”, the singer added.
However, Bahati did not disclose further details about the circumstances of the accident or whether other people sustained injuries.
