Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has once again made another scathing claim against Ruto’s government revolving around the embattled Chief Justice Martha Koome.
While addressing congregants at Meru PCEA Church,Gachagua claimed there was an elaborate plan to oust Koome from office ahead of the 2027 General Election.
According to Gachagua, the President was also keen on disbanding the Supreme Court ahead of the next poll.

The former DP went on to suggest that a budget had already been set aside for the scheme.
“There is a bigger scheme to dismantle the Supreme Court ahead of the 2027 elections.A budget has been set aside through the National Intelligence Service.”
Gachagua’s comment comes days after claims emerged that Koome’s security detail had been withdrawn.
However, Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen accused the Lady Justice of going too public with the issue, insisting the withdrawal was a routine process within the National Police Service (NPS).
