CCTV recording has captured a terrifying moment of two armed robbers storming a beauty parlour, assaulting and robbing female clients in broad daylight.
In a footage seen by Whisperswire, a man dressed in black, with his face partly concealed by a cap, is seen bursting into the parlour while armed with a pistol.
However, the armed suspect was not acting alone.
Thesecond attacker, whose face was hidden behind a motorcycle helmet and who did not appear to be carrying a weapon, entered alongside him.
The second suspect is seen grabbing valuables from one of the clients as the robbery unfolds.
Additionally, as the screaming intensified, the armed attacker is heard ordering the women to be silent.
Moments later, chaos erupted inside the salon as he forcibly grabbed one of the women and wrestled what appeared to be a phone from her grip.
In the midst of the confusion, several of the women fled the parlour, shouting “Mwizi! Mwizi!”, Swahili for “Thief! Thief!”, to alert people outside.
The commotion suddenly drew the attention of passersby which prompted the attackers flee the scene.
The women who remained inside then scrambled to shut the door, attempting to shield themselves from any further attack.
So far, the authorities have not issued a statement regarding the incident.
