Renowned Kenyan activist Boniface Mwangi has reportedly been abducted by unknown people, his wife Njeri Mwangi has revealed.
According to the wife, the activist was picked up by unknown people on Sunday morning in Ukambani at around 7: 15 am.
“This morning at around 7.15, six uninformed people went to courage base and forcefully took my husband from the house. I have no idea who, why or where they have taken him.”

His abduction comes barely 24 hours after Mwangi revealed plans to infiltrate the Standard Chartered marathon, set to take place on Sunday.
In his post the activist posted on Saturday evening, Mwangi asked his followers to show up for the marathon which attire opposing the Kenya Kwanza regime.
Among other instructions, the activist urged his followers to adorn the national flag as part of their sports gear, wear hats with the national colours, record protest chants and share them online and bring placards with messages to President William Ruto.
This is not the first time that the activist is been abducted.
