A suspect in Naivasha has been released after forging government papers.
According to reports, the man was arraigned on Thursday, December 4, 2025, in Naivasha Court, facing four charges, including conspiracy to commit a felony.
“He forged articles of association for Kamuta Company within the Republic of Kenya,” the court heard.
However the suspect denied the charges and was granted a nail of Ksh 100,000 with a surety of a similar amount or an alternative cash bail of ksh.50,000.
This was after the complainant’s lawyer did not oppose the accused being granted bail but called for strict conditions given the nature of the offences.
The case is therefore set to be heard on December 11, 2025, with a full hearing scheduled for January 1, 2026.
