Media personality Robert Burale has sued his former wife, Rozina Mwakideu, and media personality Alex Mwakideu.
Rozina and Alex, who happen to be siblings, have been named as the first and second defendants, respectively.
Now Burale is seeking Ksh.20 million in damages for alleged defamation.
According to Burale, the interview, which premiered on October 4, 2025, on the Alex Mwakideu TV YouTube channel, portrayed him as manipulative, hypocritical, a swindler, and homosexual.
Burale also accuses Alex of professional negligence, saying the media personality failed to verify the allegations or seek his response before airing the content.
He further faults him for allegedly encouraging viewers to “share widely,” which he says intensified the spread of defamatory claims.
Now Burale is seeking Ksh. 20 million for defamation.
