CCTV footage has shed light on the final moments of lawyer Mathew Kyalo Mbobu before he was brutally gunned down along Magadi Road in Nairobi.
According to the footage, the late lawyer left his office located at the Town House building in Nairobi Central Business District on Tuesday, September 9, at 5:11 PM.
Dressed in a suit with a blue shirt and red tie, Mbobu carried a laptop bag as he left his office and entered the elevator.

At 5:14 p.m., CCTV footage shows him stepping out of the lift, exchanging farewells with security guards before walking out of the building.
He then proceeded to his car parked along Kaunda Street.
The cameras also captured a man dressed in black, carrying a bag, loitering outside the premises.
The man was seen making a phone call as the lawyer walked past him outside the building.
At 5:15 p.m., Mbobu drove out of the Nairobi CBD via Wabera Street and Parliament Road before joining Lang’ata Road, eventually heading to Magadi Road where he was assassinated.
The late Mbobu was attacked when a gunman on a motorcycle pulled up beside his stationary vehicle and opened fire.
An autopsy later confirmed that he died from severe injuries and excessive bleeding caused by multiple gunshot wounds.
