Renson Ingonga, the Director of Public Prosecutions, has been elected as a Supernumerary Member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP).
This was during an annual general meeting in Singapore on Tuesday.
In the new role, he will serve as an additional, non-regular member of the Executive Committee and will bring in extra expertise and regional representation.
“The Director of Public Prosecutions, Renson M. Ingonga, CBS, OGW, has been unanimously elected as a Supernumerary Member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP),” part of the statement by the ODPP read.
