Galatasaray to Submit New Offer for Victor Osimhen After €60M Bid Rejected by Napoli

Galatasaray are preparing a fresh bid for Victor Osimhen after their initial €60 million proposal was turned down by Napoli, sources close to the negotiations have confirmed.

The Turkish giants are eager to land the prolific Nigerian striker and have reportedly reached a personal agreement with Osimhen on a contract until June 2028.

However, Napoli are demanding a higher transfer fee and improved payment terms before they consider approving the sale.

Napoli, known for their tough negotiating stance under president Aurelio De Laurentiis, are believed to be holding out for more than €60 million, citing Osimhen’s consistent performance in Serie A and the Champions League.

The Italian club also wants a more favorable payment structure, possibly with fewer installments and a larger initial fee.

Victor Osimhen, 26, remains one of Europe’s most sought-after strikers.

Despite a challenging 2024/25 season with injuries and tactical changes at Napoli, he still managed to score key goals and maintain his reputation as a lethal forward.

His potential move to Galatasaray would mark a major coup for the Super Lig champions as they prepare for the UEFA Champions League campaign.

Galatasaray remain confident of reaching an agreement, and talks are ongoing between the clubs.

Sources suggest that the new offer will exceed €60 million and address Napoli’s concerns over payment structure.

If completed, the transfer would be one of the biggest in Turkish football history — and a major statement of ambition from Galatasaray.

Fans of both clubs will be watching closely as negotiations continue in the coming days.
