President Ruto and First Lady Rachel Ruto on Saturday, June 21, graced the pre-wedding ceremony of Immigration PS Belio Kipsang’s son Brian Belio and billionaire David Langat’s daughter Nicole Langat in Karen, Nairobi.
The ceremony took place at Langat’s residence, and was also attended by senior government officials and prominent politicians.
The noticeable attendees included Head of Public Service Felix Koskei, Interior CS Kipchumba Murkomen, Treasury PS Chris Kiptoo, Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi, Basic Education PS Julius Bitok, and Medical Services PS Ouma Oluga.

Belgut MP Nelson Koech, former Cherangany MP Joshua Kutuny, President Ruto’s brother David Ruto, Raila Odinga Junior, and George Ruto also attended the event.
Moreover, guests were entertained by Tanzanian musician Juma Jux during the ceremony.
Taking to the socials after the ceremony, MP Sudi congratulated Brian and Nicole for the union and wished them a journey full of love and happiness.
“It was an honor to join President William Ruto, leaders, and guests at the pre-wedding celebration of Nicole Langat, daughter of renowned businessman David Langat, and Brian Belio, son of PS Immigration Belio Kipsang, at the Langat’s Karen home. I wish the couple a lifetime of love, happiness, and togetherness as they prepare to embark on this new chapter. Congratulations to Nicole and Brian,” Sudi stated.
The guests donned a blend of traditional and contemporary attire, with most of the men wearing Panama hats.
