Former Public Cabinet Secretary Justin Muturi has alleged that William Ruto is unfit to be the President of Kenya.
Speaking during a recent interview with NTV, Muturi noted that the President has two personalities and that is dangerous for the country.
According to Muturi, the character President Ruto portrays while in public is different from the one he has in his office.

“I think William Ruto has two personalities, the William Ruto that presents himself to the public is a completely different character from the one that sits behind in the office and crafts stuff. That kind of person is a dangerous character, I think Ruto is unfit for the position of the President of the Republic of Kenya, I have come to that conclusion, and I have no bitterness,” Muturi noted.
He went on to accuse the Head of State of corruption and linked him to the controversial JKIA-Adani deal.
The former CS noted that he had discovered the details of the deal in 2023 from President Ruto’s Advisor Adan Mohammed before the deal came into public in 2024.
“He was the one who was clearly behind the Adani deal, and I know this because when his advisor Adan Mohammed invited me to attend the COP2028 in Dubai in 2023, he gave me a lot of information, which ended with the Adani Deal,” Muturi added.
Muturi moreover accused Ruto of misleading Kenyans by portraying his nationwide tours as development missions.
