Popular city car dealer Joseph Kairo Wambui who is popularly known as Khalif Kairo was once again arrested by police over the weekend.
The arrest, which was executed on Saturday, saw the businessman taken to Capitol Hill Police Station.
Kairo is said to have failed to deliver a vehicle purchased by a client.
It is alleged that after paying the full amount to Kairo, the client ran out of patience and failed to be convinced by the explanation offered by the businessman.
In a video shared, the businessman is heard telling off the police who he accused of harassing him. He is further heard asking for patience so that he can sort out the issue at hand.
“Si vita, you are not going to harass me, you can’t harass me bana! You wait I sort things out,” Kairo can be heard saying in the video.
Reports indicate that the embattled Kairo was arrested after failing to convince the client with his plan of refunding the money paid for the car which he never delivered.
He is said to have told the client that he was planning to travel to New York to secure funds, an explanation that failed to convince the client, leading to his arrest.
Last month, Kairo had a similar experience after he was arrested for failing to deliver a high-end vehicle purchased by a client.
