Media personality Willis Raburu has thanked Nairobi residents for the warm reception following the Linda Mwananchi rally held in the capital on Sunday, September 13, 2026.
The media personality shared his message on Monday, September 14, 2026, after the rally, expressing appreciation to those who turned up for the event while urging Kenyans to remain hopeful about the country’s future.
“Nairobi, thank you for the warm reception. Nawapenda pia. What can we say? Asanteni!” Raburu said.

He then pointed to the time remaining before the next general election, saying Kenyans still have an opportunity to influence the direction of the country.
“In 331 days we can still change this country,” he added.
Additionally, Raburu encouraged Kenyans not to lose hope, urging them to remain committed to the course they believe in.
Raburu, who has increasingly used his public platform to engage with social and political issues, also used his message to encourage Kenyans to recognise and celebrate their own achievements.
He said success should not only be associated with prominent or wealthy individuals, noting that ordinary people also have reasons to celebrate themselves.
“Meanwhile, I will always remind us to celebrate ourselves as well because successful people look like you,” Raburu said.
