Comedian Dem Wa Facebook has recently denied the ongoing claims that she and her online ‘Bebi’ Oga Obinna have parted ways.
During a call interview with radio presenter Ankali, the comedian clearly noted that she is still on good terms with Obinna and that the renowned weekly show has just taken a break.
When asked on the amount of money she gets paid, Dem Wa Facebook refused to disclose stating that its a personal detail and she can’t disclose.
The rumours of a strained relationship began circulating after Oga Obinna missed Dem Wa Facebook’s birthday party.

Although Dem Wa Facebook didn’t call him out directly, she posted a video with a cryptic message about managing expectations.
“Kuna wenye nilialika hawakuja… Lakini with or without them tulifanya tu event vizuri (There are those I invited who didn’t come… But with or without them, we still had a good event),” Dem Wa Facebook.
Shortly after her post, Oga Obinna shared his own cryptic message, leaving a lot of speculations about their relationship.
“Do you know why a ship sinks? It’s not because of the water around it. It’s because of the water that gets inside it. Yeah. If you know, you know,” he said.
Fans went on to interpret his words as a veiled response to Dem Wa Facebook’s video.
Reacting to why he missed Dem wa Facebook’s birthday party, Obinna maintained that things would be clear one day, leaving fans with mixed reactions.
“I always say many times before there is so much you don’t know. And with your limited brain, you think you know. That is fine. With time, everything comes to light. It’s okay,” Obinna.
