The late Tabitha Gatwiri’s family have confirmed that she will be laid to rest on friday 15th November in Meru county.
Her final resting place would be in her father’s compound in Mery after a funeral service at Thiiri Cultural Centre.
“As you are aware, we lost Brenda Gatwiri, famously known as Tabitha Gatwiri TABS. The burial date has been confirmed to be Friday 15,-11-2024. The send-off ceremony will be held at Thiiri Cultural Centre Kithoka on the Meru-Ruiri-Isiolo highway next to Mugene market.”
The family moreover requested support to give their daughter a befitting send-off.

Gatwiri’s death was announced on October 31st after she was found dead in her home.
A post mortem was later conducted and According to the report that was done at the Kenyatta University Funeral Home, the content creator died from suffocation.

Postural asphyxia typically occurs when a person’s mouth or nose is blocked or their lungs cannot expand properly.
