Junet Mohamed, MP, Suna East Constituency has explained why he cannot replace Interior CS Kithure Kindiki.
Kithure Kindki was recently nominated by President William Ruto to replace the impeached former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.
The replacement of Kithure Kindiki in case the swearing in of Kithure Kindiki went a success was allegedly said to be Junet Mohamed.

Junet took to his social media account X to state his views towards the matter as according to him, he had not plan to replace Kithure Kindiki.

He said in a statement.
The Member of Parliament said that he had been aware of unfounded innuendoes to the effect that he had shown interest in the position of the Cabinet Secretary for Internal security and National Administration and the fact that ODM party and submitted his name for consideration in such a role.
Junet assured Kenyans in regard to his statement that he informed Kenyans that neither had he applied for the job nor do the ODM party shown interest in seeking to have another party expert join the Government.
The Member of Parliament had just recently assumed the leadership of the Minority Party in the National Assembly, this was in order to his clarification as he wanted the matter to be put to rest.
