Mumias East Member of Parliament, Peter Salasya, has announced plans to launch free political Academy for the preparations of the upcoming 2027 General Elections.
In a statement on his official X account on Monday, February 9, Salasya said that the academy will be launched on March 15, 2026.
According to the MP, the academy will offer free online courses and open and distance learning to upcoming MCAs, MPs, Women Representatives, Senators, and Governors.
“Peter Salasya is the best-performing MP who has never paid a polestar to rate him; he is the only politician who never forces Kenyans to love him, who is an independent thinker not in wantam nor tutam moment but only speaks for Kenyans,” Salasya stated.
“He learned his mistakes in 2017, when he garnered 254 votes. He was a student leader in Egerton and a philanthropist in Nakuru for street children by then. He is the most loved politician in his consistency, Western Kenya, and Kenya across,” he added.
