Police officers in Molo have nabbed a suspect in connection with a robbery with violence incident.
The incident took place as two men, disguised in police jungle jackets, stormed a petrol station and terrorised staff during a night raid.
In a statement on Monday, December 29, 2025, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) discoursed that the arrest followed a report of an ongoing robbery at a Total Petrol Station.
According to the DCI reports, there were armed with crude weapons who assaulted the pump attendant and a night watchman, tied them up with ropes, and ransacked the premises.
The suspects further fled cene with cash, mobile phones, and other personal valuables.
After launching investigations, the police officers were able to apprehend one of the suspects, who happens to be a 55-year-old and is currently in police custody.
