NYS Opens Applications for 410 Graduate Jobs in Saudi Arabia

The National Youth Service (NYS) has announced 410 job opportunities for qualified graduates to work in Saudi Arabia.

In a notice issued on Monday, December 15, NYS said the vacancies are in logistics, warehouse operations and fisheries retail, and are open to male candidates with relevant training and skills.

The agency noted that the positions are with a reputable company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that has a strong presence in industrial operations, retail and logistics services, offering successful applicants an opportunity to gain international work experience.

Among the advertised positions are 150 forklift operator roles, with salaries ranging between 1,450 and 1,800 Saudi Riyals (approximately Ksh49,800 to Ksh61,830).

Successful forklift operators will handle the loading and movement of goods in warehouses and industrial sites and must hold relevant certification, English proficiency, and a valid forklift licence.

NYS also advertised 100 picker positions and 50 fisheries sales associate roles, with salaries ranging between 1,450 and 1,800 Saudi Riyals. 

The positions require relevant training, English proficiency, and experience as an added advantage.

NYS said successful applicants will be engaged on renewable two-year contracts in Saudi Arabia.

The employer will provide visas and residency permits, accommodation, transport, food allowances, medical insurance, uniforms and training.

Employees will work eight hours a day, six days a week, and will be entitled to 30 days of annual leave, overtime pay and other benefits in accordance with Saudi labour laws. 

Return air tickets will also be provided every two years.
