Popular comedian and Eric Omondi has opened up about the challenges he faced following there rise to fame on the Churchill Show.
Speaking during an interview with the Mic Cheque podcast, Eric narrated that he started feeling stuck after the first season of the show.
According to the Erick Omondi, when other comedians joined the show, the audience started comparing him which made him feel that it was time for him to exit the show.
The comedian also said that wanted to grow beyond being known only as “Eric Omondi of Churchill“.
But when the Churchill Show went on a break, he completely ran broke.
He was then offered a job in KTN to run a show called ‘Hawayu’ but there were challenges such as poor sound system.
At that time, Erick Omondi’s properties were being auctioned leading him to go and live with his two cousins.
However, the Team Sisi kwa Sisi founder stated that despite the challenges, he was able to grow and reach his current position.
