The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) have arrested a woman in the midst of attempting to smuggle drugs to Dubai.
In a statement on Octobe, 4, 2025, the DCI officers revealed that the woman had hidden several pallets inside her body, prompting suspicion from the officers.
“The trafficker, 41-year-old, had turned herself into a smuggling vessel, concealing several pellets of cocaine inside her body in a desperate gamble to outwit airport security,” the DCI officers stated.
After being caught, she was quickly placed on a side and underwent additional screening, where the drugs were found hidden inside the suspect’s body.
The 4-year-old woman was immediately placed on medical supervision and arrested, and is currently in police custody.
