Two small minors who were captured stepping on the Kenyan flag at Nyayo Stadium have been released on bail.
The minors aged 14 and 17 were released on KSh. 50,000 bail.
The two face charges of being in the country illegally and damaging the Kenyan flag.
However the minor have not pleaded to the charges since the Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) informed the court that its probation inquiry report is not ready.
The two minors will be presented to the court before October 8, 2025 for further directions.
