The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Youth League leader, Kasmuel McOure, has confirmed that he will represent the ODM party at the European Parliament and other institutions in Brussels, Belgium.
Taking to his socials, McOure attributed the opportunity to the European Union in Kenya and ODM leader Raila Odinga.
During his trip, Kasmuel will have the chance to engage with world leaders, from whom he will gain valuable insights that will enable him to strengthen the party, when he returns.

“I have just arrived in Brussels to represent the ODM party at the European Parliament and other key institutions. This opportunity comes courtesy of the European Union in Kenya and H.E. Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga, who has always reminded us that excellence must be pursued relentlessly and without excuse,” Kasmuel stated.
Three months ago, Kasmuel was among 41 Kenyan youths selected for the 2025 Mandela Washington Fellowship (MWF) in the United States.
The U.S. government-sponsored programme, held between June 18 and July 29, brought together 650 young leaders from across Africa for academic study, leadership training, and networking at 26 top universities in 21 states.
According to the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi, the fellowship targets Africans aged 25 to 35, drawing participants from diverse fields such as media, science, and business.
