Jackson Kuria Kihara also knows as Cop Shakur has been reportedly arrested by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) at Kahawa Law Courts.
Kuria was apprehended on Wednesday afternoon, July 30 while on his way to court to support former officer Patrick Osoi.
In a video that circulated online, the officer was seen engaging in a verbal confrontation with officers while inside a vehicle.
However, Kuria was adamant he would not surrender to authorities since they allegedly failed to provide grounds to detain him.
Kuria had been vocal against the arrest of Osoi.
Osoi on the other hand had been arrested on suspicion of planning to commit a felony.
