Naivasha Member of Parliament (MP) Jayne Kihara has been presented before the Milimani Law Courts following her arrest on Friday, July 18, 2025.
According to Citizen TV, Kihara was seen being led out of a green Subaru and escorted into the courts by the security officers.
Among the public figures who have arrived at the courts include Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka.
Kihara’s lawyer Ndegwa Njiru had earlier claimed that he does not know the whereabouts of his client.
The advocate had alleged on his social media platform X that the MP was taken away to an unknown destination on Friday morning.
“We are at Milimani, at around 7:00 am, the client was brought here but held in the parking. She wasn’t booked at the Milimani holding cells. She was whisked away at around 8:20 a.m. in a green Subaru to an unknown destination. We are stranded”, the Advocate wrote.
