The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) has raised concerns over the mysterious disappearance of a man alias activist from his house in Kinoo.
According to LSK, the man was forcefully picked up from his house by suspected security officers in Subaru vehicles late Sunday, June 22.
Since then, he has disappeared without a trace.
The society added that the suspected officers also took away Kinyagia’s electronic devices, like laptops and some of his identification documents.
Since there are no records of him at any police station, they are now calling for a swift investigation to determine where he is and assurance of safety, as well as retain legal representation on his behalf should it be necessary.
