Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua on Sunday, May 4, hosted a high-profile delegation of political leaders at his Wamunyoro residence for a special Sunday service.
The service brought together prominent figures from various political parties and regions across the country.
Among those in attendance were former Public Service Cabinet Secretary Justin Muturi, People’s Liberation Party leader Martha Karua, DAP-K leader Eugene Wamalwa, and Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka.

Moreover, present were Kiambu Senator Karungo wa Thang’wa, former Starehe MP Maina Kamanda, Naivasha MP Jane Kihara, and former Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Mithika Linturi.
DAP-K Deputy Party Leader Wafula Wamunyinyi, Kitui Senator Enoch Wambua and Kathiani MP Robert Mbui also attended the congregation.
Taking to his social media following the meeting, Gachagua described the engagement as productive and inspiring.
He moreover noted that discussions revolved around the anticipated launch of a new political party and the strategic role the two counties will play in its foundation.
