High Court Freezes SHA Recruitment Amid KUCO Case

The High Court has revoked the recruitment process for several key positions at the Social Health Authority (SHA).

The ruling followed a petition filed by the Kenya Union of Clinical Officers (KUCO) challenging the legality of the recruitment drive.

Although the recruitment process was aimed at filling positions such as Assistant Director of County Coordination, Director of Benefits Management and Principal Officers, KUCO claimed that the hiring process was illegal and required judicial intervention.
