The Director of Public Prosecution (DPP), Renson Ingonga, has been awarded the best CEO at the Digital Transformation Public Sector Awards 2025.
The DPP emerged second in the CEO of the year category.
His award followed his successful rollout of the Uadilifu case Management System at the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The Uadilifu Case Management System is a digital solution which has been fundamental in streamlining how the ODPP handles case filed.

The system allows prosecutors to process files more efficiently and swiftly.
According to Ingonga, the system has been a foundation in reinforcing the working relationship between the ODPP and the judiciary.
He was handed over a certificate of recognition by the Information, Communication and Digital Economic Cabinet Secretary William Kabogo, who graced the ceremony.
“We are excited by the digital transformation, and I assure you the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions will be at the forefront of embracing the digital era”, Ingonga said.
The award comes two months after he was feted with the Chief of Order of the Burning Spear (CBS) by President William Ruto at State House Nairobi.
